Terms and Conditions for Penfold Window Cleaning

  1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all commercial and residential customers of Penfold Window Cleaning. By booking our services you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms of service.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a clean. Cancellations made after this time may result in a charge equal to 50% of the clean price. If we are unable to gain access to the property on the day you will be charged for the fronts or minimum charge.

3. Weather Policy

We clean in all but the most extreme weather conditions to enable us to keep our service regular a reliable. Pure water systems work well in all weather conditions and weather will not affect the clean. We offer a 24 hour guarantee on all work so you have piece of mind with every clean.

4. 24 Hour Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service in anyway, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify any issues free of charge at our earliest convenience.

5. Insurance and Liability

Penfold Window Cleaning holds comprehensive Public Liability Insurance up to the value of £2.5 Million. Penfold Window Cleaning will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property/premises and will not be held responsible for for damage caused by any

6. Pricing

Our rates are based on your chosen cleaning frequency. If a visit is skipped or postponed, we reserve the right to increase the price of the next clean to cover the extra work required

7. Payments

Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer and are due within 7 days of service unless agreed prior. Please use your address or invoice number as the reference.
